IFCCI, in association with Corporate Professionals organised a Session on 'Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Compliance', on 30th January 2025.
The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), in collaboration with Corporate Professionals, successfully hosted a Session on Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Compliance on 30th January 2025, in a hybrid format.
The session commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Aarushi Gautam, Manager - Committees & Events (North), IFCCI, who highlighted IFCCI’s commitment to facilitating industry-focused knowledge-sharing initiatives.
The theme presentation was jointly delivered by Mr. Ankit Singhi, Head - Corporate Affairs & Compliances, Corporate Professionals, and Ms. Shweta Aggarwal, Senior Associate, Corporate Professionals. They provided an in-depth analysis of FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and its critical implications for French and Indian businesses.
