IFCCI Organization of Corps Des Mines Delegation to Centum Electronics
On April 22, 2024, IFCCI hosted a delegation from Corps Des Mines to Centum Electronics in Bangalore. The Corps des mines is the foremost technical Grand Corps of the French State (grands corps de l'Etat) and is attached to the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. Corps des mines engineers hold executive positions in the French administration and top executive positions in France's major industrial companies in the course of their career.
At Centum Electronics, the gathering commenced with Mr. Priyank Prakash, Senior Manager of Advocacy and Content at IFCCI, introducing the mission of the Corps Des Mines delegation to India. Mr. Apparao Mallavarapu, Owner of Centum Electronics, thereafter, warmly welcomed the delegation, highlighting the significance of France in their business endeavors. Subsequently, Mr. Nikhil Mallavarapu, Executive Director of Centum Electronics, delivered an interactive presentation on the company's operations and expertise in design and manufacturing, along with its global footprint.
The delegation was then taken on a tour of the manufacturing facility, where they witnessed first-hand the cutting-edge work pursued by Centum Electronics in the manufacturing of products with high-technology applications for clients across industries such as defense, aerospace, space exploration, among others.
The session concluded with informal discussions and by capturing memorable group photographs.
