Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) in association with CRA & Associates, organised a Webinar on Recent Amendments in Preparation of Financial Statements and Changes in Audit Report on 13th June 2022.
The meeting commenced with welcome remarks by Ms. Aarushi Gautam, Assistant Manager - Events & Membership (North), IFCCI.
Mr. Kapil Chopra, Managing Partner, CRA & Associates was the key speaker for the session and presented his views on MCA's recent and important amendments (effective from 1 April 2021) in Schedule III of Companies Act 2013 wide notification on March 24, 2021 with an aim to enhance transparency and provide more disclosures to users of financial statements. The Webinar was attended by CEOs, CFOs & Finance Heads of various Indian and French companies and was well received.
This was followed by an interactive Q&A session.
