IFCCI in association with ekincare organized a webinar under the aegis of the IFCCI HR Committee on "Employee Health Benefits: Game changer in the Post-Pandemic World" on May 6, 2021.

The discussion was moderated by Mr. Nirooban Rupathevan, Head of Human Resources, BNP Paribas GSO and Vice-Chairperson of IFCCI HR Committee wherein he discussed with Dr. Lavanya Aribandi, Chief Medical Officer, ekincare and Dr. Noel Coutinho, Chief Business Officer, ekincare about supply, efficiency, and results of Covid vaccinations, points to keep in mind for corporate and on-site vaccination by the Employers, Employee health benefits (Telemedicine and Mental Health Care etc). The webinar was attended by 50 HR Heads from French & Indian companies. This was followed by an interactive Q & A session.
