Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI opened the Session with a welcome note followed by a keynote address by Mr. Sugata Sircar, Chairman, IFCCI CFO Committee & CFO, Schneider Electric India
The session proceeded with interesting observations by Partners from ASA & Associates, Mr. Ajay Sethi, Managing Partner, Mr. Sandeep Khanna, Director, Strategy Consulting, and Mr. Sundeep Gupta, Partner, Accounting and Business Support, Indirect Tax, on various issues ranging from risk-weighted demarcation of clients and vendors, setting up of boundaries for borrowing, realistic sales forecasting, current situation of the crude oil, effective working capital management and on the need to be an excellent treasury manager.
