New Delhi : Workshop on Taxation with SKP

Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) in association with SKP Business Consulting LLP conducted a workshop on Taxation on Tuesday, 10th September 2019 at IFCCI Boardroom, New Delhi. Mr Lucky Ahuja, Senior Manager (Indirect Tax) at SKP was the keynote speaker. He shared valuable insights on recent developments under GST and new GST Return Filing Mechanism including important rulings of Authority for Advance Rulings.
During the workshop, he elaborated on the following topics:
- Credit transition of Cess into GST
- Filing of TRAN-1 & TRAN-2 procedural in nature
- Time limit for availing Input Tax Credit
- GST on back office support services to overseas companies
- Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme 2019
- E-Way Bill System
The workshop also included an interactive Q&A session. During the session, Mr Ahuja answered varied queries of the participants with the help of
examples and case studies.
