Mumbai: Workshop On Human V/S Digitization

IFCCI in association with TNP Consultancy Pvt Ltd, India organised a workshop on Humans V/S Digitisation, in Mumbai.

Ms. Régine Vanheems, author of numerous articles and books in Marketing and Retailing, conducted the workshop as the invited speaker. Her publications on customer transformations in the digital age have received several awards both in France and in the USA. She also directed the Management Research Laboratory of the Sorbonne University, France.

The workshop covered the following points:

  • How customers are driven by the internet and their behaviour has changed in more than 20 years to 20 centuries.
  • While digital has become an essential strategy for communicating, exchanging and selling, an increasingly deep gap has widened between connected customers’ expectations and a company's offer.
  • What is the situation today? What are your customers’ expectations? How to manage technology? What if technology/ digital regained its place: to serve Humans?

The workshop was followed by networking cocktails and was well received by 20 guests.
