Mumbai: Journey towards an authentic and compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

The ‘Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry, HR committee organised a session on 'Journey towards an authentic and compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP)' on July 5, 2019 at the SKP office in Mumbai.

The discussion commenced with a keynote address by Mr. Ajith Nair, Director Talent, Culture and Performance, Aon India, followed by a panel discussion on EVP.  The panelists, Runita Verma, Director HR (TA), Schneider Electric India, Ojaswini Mishra, Head TA & Diversity, L’Oréal India, Deepti Sharma, VP- HR, Societe Generale shared some valuable insights on the subject.  
 
The Panel discussion was moderated by Meenal Chaukar, VP Human Resources, Legrand India, Meenal is also the Vice-Chairman of the IFCCI HR Committee. 
 
Post the panel discussion, Ms. Rachna Mukherjee, CHRO, Schneider Electric India and Chairman, IFCCI HR Committee discussed the upcoming events of the committee and requested for member suggestions.  
 
The session ended with a vote of thanks by Ms. Ankita Gupta, Head HR, Moet Hennessy India and Vice Chairman, IFCCI HR Committee, followed by Hi tea networking.
