IFCCI in collaboration with the Economic Department of the French Embassy organised a closed-door meeting on Tuesday, 24th May to discuss Corruption Risks and New Regulations and ways to fight corruption pertaining to the French(Anti-Bribery, Corruption, Sapin II) and Indian laws.
The session was hosted by Mr. Benoit Gauthier, Minister Counsellor and Head of Economic Department of the French Embassy along with Mr. Fabrice Cotelle, Police Commissioner, French Homeland Security Service & Mr. Amair Farooqui, Legal Counsel to the French Embassy.
The aim of this platform was to create awareness around corruption laws, ensuring full support of the French Embassy along the way and discuss ways to combat corruption in the process of establishing or running businesses smoothly by French companies in India.
This interactive meeting was attended by CXOs of key French companies operating in Delhi-NCR.
