IFCCI HR & CFO Committee - “Digital Skill Development”

Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) under the aegis of IFCCI CFO and HR Committees organised a panel discussion on "Digital Skill Development" on Tuesday, 11th January 2022.  

The session commenced with a context setup by Sugata Sircar, Chairperson, IFCCI CFO Committee & VP – Strategic Projects, Schneider Electric India. Furthermore, the Panel discussion was moderated by Shrikant Lonikar, Chairperson, IFCCI HR Committee along with the enclosed panelists.

The Panel discussed and shared their insights on the difference between 'digital first' and 'tech first’, the challenges faced by them in digital skill development, emphasized on the importance of leveraging functional depth and highlighted how the digital skill development begins from the leadership and is adapted by teams. 
 
This was followed by an insightful presentation by Anne DESSEMOND, Head of Tech and Services & Market entry Strategy Departments, Business France, India on V.I.E. Program in India. 
 
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A and was well-taken by all the attendees.
