Bengaluru Tech Summit 2021

IFCCI was pleased to be a part of the prestigious event Bengaluru Tech Summit 2021[24th Edition] organized by the Government of Karnataka.

As part of this three-day program, one of the parts of this event highlighted the synergies with other countries.

This 'FRANCE SESSION' had been curated and created with the collaboration of IFCCI, Business France, Embassy of France in India and the Consulate of France in Bengaluru along with the Government of Karnataka.

As a Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) Partner, France is one of the 30 key countries as part of this event.
With eminent speakers from the Indo-French community, the theme for the country session was "Are you Ready for Industry 4.0?"

The event opened with welcome remarks by H.E. Emmanuel Lenain, Ambassador of France to India

The session commenced with Keynote Speech by Ms.Anne Miller, Head of International Affairs, Mission French Tech.

This was followed by a panel Discussion moderated by Ms. Payal Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI .The speakers,
Mr. Anil Chaudhry, Country President and Managing Director, Schneider Electric India
Mr. Gaurav Sareen, Country Director, Sigfox
Ms. Souad Tenfiche, CEO Links Innovation and Co-Chair of the French Tech Community Bangalore-India
Mr. Matthieu Somekh, Entrepreneur and Investor, ZeBox discussed various topics and  the Roadmap in particular that aims to bring the FrenchTech Community Bangalore-India, launched in June 2019.

The session was concluded by Mr. Thierry Berthelot, Consul General of France in Bengaluru with the Vote of Thanks.
