- Increase the strength of the retail committee by bringing in more stakeholders from the retail sector, refer business, share opportunities, transfer leads, engage with other committee members etc...

- Expertise required on Supply chain, infrastructure, market strategy, taxation etc...
- Knowledge sharing of updates & regulations in the retail market through newsletters

- Trainings to be identified on Leadership, Technical know-how etc.
- Identify external guests for trainings
- Report on Consumer buying pattern – identify age/no. of people, days of visit to the mall, prime days, seasons, festivals etc.…
- Increase interaction with French brands seeking to partner in the Indian market

- Advocacy events in order to communicate the current challenges existing in the retail sector (duty reduction etc...)
- Detailed analytics of the Online/marketplace scenario- existing players, opportunities, threats, virtual shopping malls etc...
- Identify platforms to showcase and market IFCCI’s retail committee such as BNI (Business Network International), IRF (India Retail Forum), Shopping Centres Association etc...
- A What’s app group to be created
- Every member company should have a representative to attend the committee meetings in case unavailable
