The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) organized the 2nd series of the IFCCI Chennai Members Networking Breakfast Meet with a focus on Waste Management on Wednesday, 27th March 2024 at the Technip Energies office in Chennai.
Ms Bhuvaneshwari R Babu, Manager- Inbound Exhibitions, Events & Membership, IFCCI extended a warm welcome to all attendees, emphasizing the significance of this breakfast meet series. She highlighted how these breakfast meetings serve as a platform for members to convene, exchange business ideas, and discuss best practices, particularly in the realm of waste management on this particular day.
Subsequently, Mr Rachid Salhi, Paris Engineering Coordinator in India, Technip Energies, provided a comprehensive overview of Technip Energies' initiatives through an engaging video presentation on waste management. He covered crucial aspects such as solid waste management rules, the prohibition against waste dumping, and methods of segregation.
Representatives from seven companies participated actively in an open discussion on waste management, contributing valuable insights and perspectives on best practices and challenges within their respective organizations.
