Business Seminar in Paris on Doing Business in India - Perception v/s Reality with MEDEF International & the Embassy of India in Paris
IFCCI in association with MEDEF International & the Embassy of India in Paris, organized a successful Business seminar in Paris on 21st Sept 2022.
The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) in association with MEDEF International and the Embassy of India in Paris, organized a successful Business seminar in Paris followed by networking cocktail on Wednesday, 21st September 2022.
The event was supported by IFCCI member companies, knowledge partner, Veyrah Law.
IFCCI was honored to welcome Guest of Honor, Mr. Paul Hermelin, Chairman, France Business Council, MEDEF International, and Chairman of the Board of Capgemini, who talked about the strong bilateral relations between India and France. He also reiterated the importance of India for Capgemini which represents 50% of Capgemini's workforce worldwide. Mr. Hermelin also spoke about the upcoming delegation of MEDEF International to New Delhi and Hyderabad next week.
IFCCI welcomed a very experienced set of panelists who have previously worked and built businesses in India and are now working in France.
The panel was moderated by Mr. Ajay Joseph, Partner, Veyrah Law
Our esteemed panelists shared their views on their respective experiences of working with India on the key measures and advice for companies wanting to build businesses. Some of the key takeaways from the panel were to focus on identifying the right partner, innovative solutions, collaborative technologies, exchange of young global talents, emerging market strategy, growth goal view, value proposition in place with mission and vision along with taking advantage of successful Govt. policies such as Ease of Doing Business at a State and Central level for foreign companies wanting to start or expand their business in India.
The discussion also witnessed an interesting case study demonstrating the Indian market by Mr. Amair FAROOQUI, and ways to tackle any unforeseen challenges. The session was followed by Networking Cocktail which was attended by 40 members.
