The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) on behalf of HCL Technologies – one of the biggest global IT companies, organized an interactive forum on “Digital Disruption Decoded” on 4th October 2019 at Hotel Ritz, Paris.
The forum commenced with opening remarks delivered by Mr. Charles Maridor, Deputy General, CCI France International and all the participants were welcomed by Mr. Arthur Filip, Board Member, EVP & Head, Sales Transformation & Marketing, HCL Technologies, who shared his views on Digital Disruption
Some of the eminent speakers shared key insights on the following:
1. Mr. Gaultier Brand-Gazeau, Head International Priority Sectors, French Treasury, Ministry of Economy & Finance & Head, International Affairs at La French Tech shared his insights on the Role of Policymakers in enabling Digital Disruption.
2. Prof. Albert-Claude Benhamou, Advisor (Digital & Health) to the President French National Commission for UNESCO, talked about the Need for a Sustainable Ecosystem in a Disruptive Digital Age.
3. Dr. Shirish C. Srivastava, Professor and GS1 France Chair on Digital Content, HEC Paris presented on Building a Talent Pool in the age of Digital Disruptions.
This was followed by an interactive open discussion on Building a sustainable ecosystem in the Digital Age, moderated by Mr. Ravi Kathuria, Global Head - Corporate Affairs, Communications, Advocacy & Sustainability; SVP - Marketing (EMEA & APAC).
The participants included top leaders belonging to top French companies, Universities, Institutions & Government organizations such as Indian Embassy, European Commission, Helma International, Hinduja Group, Airbus, Roquette, Groupe Muller, Sodexo, Thales, EDF, Groupe Royer, Groupe Albea etc.
The forum ended with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Sandeep Saxena, Executive Vice President, Head Diversified Industries (UKI & France, Benelux), HCL Technologies which was then followed by a networking lunch.
