IFCCI organized a workshop on "Bridging the Communication Gap in Indo-French Projects" on Friday, May 29, 2020, in association with Alliance Française of Madras.
Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI opened the session with a welcome note and introduced the speaker of the session Ms. Sunita Nichani, Head Corporate Training Department, Alliance Française of Madras. The session focused on indentifying and analysing the challenges that arise due to language, culture communication and virtual work in Indo-French projects. With the help of examples, Ms. Sunita very effectively shared a few strategies to build trust and to understand the mind set and work culture of France and India.
The session was very informative, interactive and highly appreciated by the participants.
