IFCCI organised a webinar on ‘How to be Brilliant at Virtual Communications’. Becoming a Brilliant communicator is extremely important and the need of the hour as we all are living in a virtual world now. Alicia Sedgwick, Communications Coach for Monaco Economic Board, shared some valuable tips like: the 4 P’s (Pitch, Pace, Pose, Power) our body language, how we present ourselves, the background setting, the voice exercises etc. and how we can use them effectively to engage with the audience. The workshop ended with an interactive session.
