IFCCI in association with Kochhar & Co organised a panel discussion on "Return to Work during Covid-19 – Changes & Challenges” on Monday, August 10, 2020, and launched the handbook on "Guidelines on Return to Work".
Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI introduced the panelists. Our esteemed panelists, Mr. Shrikant Lonikar, CHRO of Pernod Ricard India, Ms. Pallavi Tyagi, CHRO of Capgemini India, Mr. Nirooban Rupathevan, Head HR at BNP Paribas GSO, Mr. Gagan Verma, Partner at Kochhar & Co. and the moderator Mr. Vijay Ravi, Sr. Partner and Co Chair Employment Law Practice at Kochhar & Co. shared their views on work from home, workplace safety, employee well-being, crisis management at the workplace, legal and Government compliances etc. The handbook covers guidelines for factory set ups, offices and general guidelines.
