IFCCI is glad to announce its first successful session on Intellectual property rights conducted by our knowledge associate, K&S Partners.
Consistent with the MoU between IFCCI and T-Hub, IFCCI is glad to announce its first successful session on Intellectual property rights conducted by our knowledge associate, K&S Partners. An insightful session led by M.S Devi, partner at K&S, who shared her expertise on how to secure intellectual property and the steps to secure designs, trademarks, patents.
This event was adorned by 15+ start-ups from various sectors like Education / AI / Tech to name a few. The various types of patent applications processes, the time frame to procure them, filing PCT out of India for example in Europe, China, Japan etc. were some of the topics broadly covered during the session.
This one - hour discussion was followed by an open forum of interesting Q&A from the bright minds of the start-up eco system at T-Hub, only to establish how IP forms the key ingredient for start-ups around the world for gaining a competitive edge in the market.
