AXISCADES And France’s AERACCESS To Bring French Excellence In UAV Technology To India

CHENNAI. AXISCADES and AERACCESS announced signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at DefExpo 2018 to jointly address the growing market for drones in the Indian defence and aerospace sector. Under the MoU, both companies will evaluate opportunities for drones to address the requirements for the aerial surveillance, including disaster management and hazardous site security.

Vice-Chairman of AXISCADES Sudhakar Gande said: “This partnership with AERACCESS will give us access to established and state-of-the-art Q800 Drone family required for India’s aerospace and defence needs. Considering the utility and efficacy of drones, there’s an increase in demand for these products in the Indian market. Our company’s capability in building strong partnerships and technologies will benefit the Indian government’s effort to access and benefit from state-of-the-art technologies.”
