Swatantra Singh Bhatia is partner at Mazars Advisory LLP. He oversees Mazars India’s ongoing expansion efforts into Digitisation and Transformation of Finance functions. 

In his previous role with Thales in Singapore, he served as Chief Financial Officer for 7 years. Thales has large manufacturing and services footprint in Singapore with more than 2,000 headcount and €800M Statutory Revenue coming from Aerospace, Defence, Transportation and Digital Identity & Security activities. Swatantra was responsible for the modernisation of Finance function and relationship with the Govt agencies such as Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore. During his tenure as CFO Thales Singapore, Swatantra led discussion with Internal and External stakeholders for the approval of business investments in Singapore and government subsidies. He played key role in decision to set up Digital Factory for Thales in Singapore. Swatantra was also instrumental in implementing competitiveness improvement initiatives / projects in the company.
