Some of his past experiences include being the CTO at Sogefi Group in India, Project Manager at AGCO Corporation in China, Lean-manufacturing Pilot at PSA Peugeot Citroën in France, Manufacturing Project Leader at GE (ex-Alstom energy) in France,  Manufacturing Project Leader at Eurotechnics Agri in France.

Romain has vast experience in the automotive and energy industries to develop complex mechanical products, to set-up and thereby improve manufacturing processes.
