IFCCI Logistics & Supply Chain Committee Cocktail Afterwork
IFCCI Logistics & Supply Chain Committee organised a Cocktail Afterwork on 16th February 2024, in Mumbai.
The IFCCI Logistics & Supply Chain Committee hosted a Cocktail Afterwork event on 16th February 2024, at the Butterfly High in Mumbai.
Ms. Shweta Pahuja, Regional Director (Western Region), IFCCI, welcomed the members and gave a quick overview of IFCCI Committees and the platform it provides to its members through several events across different formats especially designed for the benefit of the member community.
Mr. Vaibhav Vohra, Chairperson, IFCCI Logistics & Supply Chain Committee and Managing Director, Continental Carriers Pvt. Ltd. talked about IFCCI's Logistics & Supply Chain Committee highlighting the intent, the past activities of the committee and gave a glimpse on the upcoming advocacy meetings planned with the DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He encouraged members to take active part in such initiatives and welcomed their suggestions for the upcoming meetings.
Vice Chairpersons of the Committee, Capt. Ram Iyer, Vice President at Seahorse Ship Agencies Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Damien Sauvage, Deputy Commercial Director, CMA CGM Agencies reiterated the importance of such informal catch up meetings as well as knowledge sharing sessions and shared that the Committee also plans to organise its annual Summit in the next quarter.
The event was attended by nearly 15 members representing companies such as CMA CGM, Continental Carriers, Formula Group, IndoSpace Development Management Pvt. Ltd., Parekh Prints, Robinsons Cargo & Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Rodl & Partner, Roquette India Pvt Ltd, Seahorse Ship Agencies, Total Energies and CA-CIB.
