IFCCI HR Committee successfully concluded an engaging and informative hybrid HR Roundtable Discussion on the dynamic domain of Compensation and Benefits. This Session saw participation of more than 30 members out of which 15 joined us in-person. The discussion was conducted in association with CMA CGM Agencies (India) Pvt Ltd who hosted the members of IFCCI HR Committee in their Mumbai Office followed by a Networking lunch thereafter.

The Session began with Welcome Remarks by Ms. Apoorva Sharma, Advisor - HR & Recruitment Services, IFCCI and was passed on to the Session Moderator, Ms. Snehalata Deshmukh, HR Country Manager, Naval Group India & Vice-Chairperson IFCCI HR Committee who skillfully guided the conversation with her experienced insights on the key topics of the day. We are grateful to our speakers, Mr. Laurent Ladroyes, Personnel Director, Michelin India & Chairperson IFCCI HR Committee who drawing on his expertise on Talent Trends 2024 highlighted their unique trajectories in different sectors across the last two years. He also touched upon the work of Michelin India in the field of Comp & Ben.

Mr. Adrish Singh, Director - Rewards Consulting, Mercer Consulting India Pvt Ltd shared a deep and focused presentation on the New-Age Practices and Disruptive work that the Global MNCs are undertaking with regards to Employee Benefits. Beyond salary, the Speaker highlighted the significant influence that a Company's Brand and Culture can have on employee attraction and retention. They suggested that some employees might even be willing to sacrifice pay increases for the opportunity to work for a Brand they truly resonate with. We also thank Mr. Shishir Swaroop, Industry Lead, Mercer Consulting India Pvt Ltd for his expert guidance on the topic.

The Session wrapped up with an engaging Q/A round with the offline and online participants, which was followed by a Session Summary and Key Takeaways by the Moderator.
