Raman Singh Holds Talks With French Ambassador
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh met Ambassador of France to India, Alexandre Ziegler, to discuss different investment possibilities in Chhattisgarh on Tuesday at Secretariat, Mahandi Bhawan.
Ambassador of France was on one-day visit to Chhattisgarh. Ziegler proposed investments from companies in France in the areas of solar energy, information technology, electronic industry and Smart City infrastructure at Naya Raipur. Welcoming the proposal, Chief Minister said that at Naya Raipur a convention can be held for investors from France. Ziegler said that many companies from France are already working in India.
The Ambassador also extended invitation to the Chief Minister to visit France. Agriculture and Water Resources Minister Brijmohan Agrawal, Naya Raipur Development Authority chairman and Principal Secretary to CM Aman Kumar Singh, NRDA CEO Rajat Kumar were also present in the meeting.
