New Delhi : CEO Panel Discussion On Mathieu Jouve-Villard's Book 'Practical Guide To Negotiating In India'

On Tuesday, February 13 2018, IFCCI organised an exclusive by invite only CEO panel at the Embassy of France, around Mr Mathieu Jouve Villard, Director of Credit Industriel et Commerciel - CIC's first book in French called "Practical Guide to Negotiating in India" which illustrates the 'simple complexity' of India's population, its ancient culture and business practices. This book is targeted at public and private actors wanting to promote projects in India, reveals the intricacies of a market that offers countless opportunities.

The event started with welcome remarks by Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Secretary General, IFCCIfollowed by an address by Mr. Jean-Marc Fenet, Minister Counsellor and Head of the Economic Division of South Asia, Embassy of France.

Mr Mathieu Jouve-Villard, Author of ‘Pratique de la negotiation en Inde’ then set the context of the panel with a presentation. The rare and exclusive panel arguably the top most CEOs of French companies operating in India shared their expert opinion and experiences on ‘Decrypting the Great Indian Negotiation’:

The audience as well shared their experiences of negotiating as well as asked the tactics of negotiating in India addressing their queries to the panel. The concluding remarks for the event were delivered by Mr Tushar Thakker, MD of Peraj Insurance Brokers and Vote of thanks by Mr. Sumeet Anand, Vice Chairman, IFCCI, Northern Chapter.

The networking cocktail was accompanied by a lavish cocktail for more than 100 gathered guests.
