IFCCI under the aegis of its General Counsel & Corporate Affairs in association with Trilegal, organized a committee meeting on the advocacy issues that could be highlighted before the Government on Wednesday, 8th December 2021.
The committee meeting commenced with Welcome remarks by Ms Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI followed by introduction of the panelists of the committee – Ms. Nandita Khurana, Zonal Head Legal, EMEA & APAC – Michelin India; Lubinisha Saha, General Counsel – Airbus Group; Yashika Singh, GC & EVP Legal – Pernod Ricard India; Mr. Soubhik Ghosh - Head- Legal and Compliance – Thales India; Mr. Ganesh Parameswaram, General Counsel – BIC Group, Mr. Kishore Shetty Zone General Counsel–Schneider Electric and Mr. Mohan PR – Louis Dreyfus Company.
The key objective of the Session was to discuss and deliberate on broad subject areas related to advocacy that members may want to focus on and pave the path for the coming year.
The different issues highlighted by the companies were as follows :
