IFCCI under the aegis of its HR Committee organized a Hybrid Session on the theme “Compensation & Benefits” on 7th December 2022

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) under the aegis of its HR Committee organized a Hybrid Session on the theme “Compensation & Benefits” on 7th December 2022 with L'Oréal India at their office in Mumbai.

Ms. Sapnna Verma, Head – HR and Recruitment Services, IFCCI welcomed the participants and Speakers for the Session. This was followed by a brief introduction by Ms. Roshni Wadhwa, CHRO, L’Oréal India. She addressed this power-packed meeting, stating that L’Oréal as an organization celebrates “Creative beauty that moves the world.”

Moving forward, Mr. Gaurav Mahajan, Head – Total Rewards, Human Resources, L’Oréal India set the context for the meeting. He affirmed that the purpose that binds us together at L’Oréal is the beauty that is digitally driven and powered by sustainability.

Mr. Laurent LADROYES, Chairperson, IFCCI Committee & Personal Director, Michelin India shared his thoughts on this topic. This was followed by a brief introduction of the speakers from ‘Mercer & Marsh’ by Mr. Nasir Shaikh, Senior VP, Head of HR India & Global Delivery Centres, Atos Global IT Solutions and Services.
