-Ms. Priti Suri, Founder & Managing Partner, Priti Suri & Associates

Self and Company Introduction

My name is Priti Suri and I am a lawyer with 37 years of practice. I founded and run a law firm called PSA, based in New Delhi. I have worked in the US and France before founding the firm and bring substantial insights into how conglomerates function.

What are the business and investment opportunities you see between India and France?

Investment opportunities are vast between the nations. Having spearheaded projects by blue chip French companies since liberalization commenced in India in the mid-1990s, I feel strongly about thriving and mutually beneficial platforms that exist on both sides.

What have been the biggest accomplishments of your company in the last few years?

While growing the client base substantially, it’s a matter of pride for us we have continued to work with our French clients who have been with us since over two decades. Our lawyers have been at the forefront both in terms of value addition we bring to their businesses as well as cutting-edge thinking to minimize or alleviate risk, while hand holding them as needed. Additionally, we have been deeply engaged in the policy space and advise clients on new developments in the law and what they need to doo proactively. For example, data protection and privacy law.

How has IFCCI added value to your organization in India?

IFCCI provide a terrific platform to meet, engage, deliberate with its members from different sectors who have a common interest. And, this has allowed us to forge wonderful relationships.
