Theme: Conversations around Ethics and Compliance Culture

The conversation will aim to address the standards of what compliance means, what it should mean and how we get there by navigating costs and risks to ensure building a sustainable and scalable culture. We will speak about the building blocks for a right compliance program, the regulatory environment, risk vs costs, role of management, hear some best practices and identify how organisations can use compliance as an effective tool to make it a competitive advantage.

The event will be attended by General Counsels, Corporate Affairs Heads of French and Indian companies and Lawyers.
