Ratnil Chauhan is a Counsel in Litigation and Disputes Resolution practice group in the NCR office. He has experience of handling various civil disputes, criminal disputes, commercial disputes and arbitration disputes for wide range of individuals and corporate clients before diverse fora including the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals such as National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and consumer forums such as National Commission, State Commission and District Forums at pan India level.
He also advises and represents various clients qua investigations before investigating agencies such as Central Bureau of Investigation, Enforcement Directorate, Economic Offences Wing, Serious Fraud Investigation Office under various statutes such as Prevention of Corruption Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Indian Penal Code and various other legislations.
He also appears regularly as counsel in different judicial and quasi-judicial authorities in various matters concerning White Collar Crime and also in matters under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, The Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, The Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, Negotiable Instruments Act etc.
