On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) Pune, in association with FORVIA Faurecia, organized an inspiring Women in LeadHERship & Beyond seminar—bringing together 50+ professionals to celebrate, empower, and amplify the voices of women in leadership.
The morning was filled with powerful insights, engaging discussions, and meaningful networking, featuring:
- Keynote Address – Olivier Chastang, Programs Director for JIKA region (Japan-India-Korea-ASEAN), FORVIA Faurecia, set the stage with thought-provoking leadership insights.
- Masterclass on Mental & Emotional Fitness for Leadership – Led by Shalaka Tambe, Author, Coach & Speaker, Evoke Consultancy, the session equipped attendees with strategies for resilience, self-mastery, and mental well-being in leadership.
- Panel Discussion: Unleashing Women’s Unique Leadership Styles – A dynamic discussion featuring esteemed industry leaders:
