IFCCI HR Committee in association with Trilegal organised a knowledge session on 5th April 2024 on the topic, ‘Implications of long work hours and workplace stress on employers – what the law says’. This insightful webinar witnessed participation of 40 Members of IFCCI HR Committee.
Ms. Snehalata Deshmukh, HR Country Manager, Naval Group India and Vice-Chairperson, IFCCI HR Committee shared the introductory remarks and set the event in motion.
Mr. Atul Gupta, Partner - Labour and Employment, Trilegal, shared his valuable insights for employers which will help them to navigate this evolving landscape. He guided the audience through different case studies of employee vs. the employer and explored the safeguards employers must consider to create a healthier work environment for their employees.
The session moved further to a Q&A segment where Mr. Atul Gupta addressed the questions by the audience. The event concluded with closing remarks by Ms. Snehalata Deshmukh.
The webinar was well received by all participants and was recognised as a relevant and industry specific session.
