The CHROs shared their experiences on how they dealt with the 1st and 2nd wave of Covid-19 and how they took care of their employees and business at the same time.  The panellists explained the lessons learnt and how they are preparing for upcoming challenges. The session was very informative and was followed by an interactive Q & A with the IFCCI HR Committee CHRO’s.
