By 2030, the most promising avenue for Indo–French collaboration will be the creation of secure, sustainable, and future-ready digital ecosystems. India’s rapid digital adoption and large-scale market potential, coupled with France’s leadership in innovation, regulatory frameworks, and green technologies, provide a powerful base for joint growth.
At Insight Business Machines Pvt. Ltd., we are preparing for this opportunity through our flagship ISMAC framework (Infrastructure, Security, Mobility, Analytics, and Cloud). Our focus is on building next-generation Datacentre's designed with automation, manageability, and observability at their core-ensuring efficiency and sustainability. Collaborating with French partners in areas like hybrid and green Datacentre models will further strengthen enterprise competitiveness.
In cybersecurity, we are advancing Zero Trust architectures, vulnerability management, and AI-enabled SOC services. By combining India’s scale with France’s expertise in policy and ethical AI, we aim to develop proactive security solutions that meet global compliance standards.
Through our NOC and managed services, we deliver automation, resilience, and 24x7 continuity. Partnerships with French organizations can elevate these capabilities further, creating globally consistent benchmarks.
By aligning our ISMAC portfolio with Indo-French priorities, we are not just preparing for 2030, we are positioning ourselves to help shape a secure and innovation driven digital backbone.

3. With sustainability and innovation now essential to business success, could you share some recent initiatives your company has undertaken in these areas?
At Insight, we believe sustainability and innovation must move hand in hand. Both are deeply woven into our business strategy and client engagements. On the sustainability side, we are designing energy-efficient Datacentres that use advanced cooling, power optimization, and automation to reduce carbon footprints. Our hybrid Cloud approach helps enterprises transition from legacy infrastructure to scalable, greener platforms. Within managed services, we integrate observability and automation tools that improve performance, cut energy waste, and extend IT asset lifecycles—minimizing e-waste and cost.
On the innovation front, we have significantly upgraded our SOC and NOC operations by embedding AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and zero-trust frameworks. These advancements strengthen business continuity, resilience, and cybersecurity, helping enterprises stay ahead of emerging threats. Through our ISMAC framework, we are also driving projects that combine automation, manageability, and analytics. For example, we’re enabling clients to make faster, data-driven decisions while ensuring compliance and security. Additionally, our as-a-service managed solutions reduce upfront investments, promote efficient consumption, and deliver sustainable IT outcomes across industries like BFSI, healthcare, and manufacturing.
In short, sustainability for us means responsible and efficient technology, while innovation means embedding intelligence, automation, and security into every solution we design.
