The proposed session will cover the basics of competition law and give a macro perspective on building a legal strategy for navigating the India markets under its extant competition law.

It will also cover:

· compliance strategies that can prevent an expensive litigation before the CCI; and

· policies that can pre-empt and defend against anti-competitive conduct of other players in the market.
