Experiential retail in India has evolved from traditional brick and mortar formats to immersive, customer-centric environments that blend technology, personalization and storytelling.

Luxury malls, concept stores and pop-up events now serve as experience hubs offering not just products but emotion, community and lifestyle narratives.

From sensory design to cultural relevance, this session will explore the experiential retail in India which reflects a maturing market that values connection over transaction.
