Rahul Sinha is a seasoned leader in digital transformation, and has been serving as the Head-  Data, AI & Automation Services at AXA Global Business Services since 2024.In this role, he leads high-performing teams across data engineering, business intelligence reporting, AI engineering, data governance, industrial automation, and digital marketing analytics. He is also part of AXA Global Business Services (AXA GBS) Executive Committee and Group Operations Steering Team. 

With a rich background spanning captives, product, and service-based organizations, Rahul has built and led practices in analytics, AI, and automation. He has delivered transformation programs across industries including manufacturing, telecom, insurance, retail, healthcare, FMCG, and car rental. His innovation portfolio includes test-case-based pricing models, CNN-based in-store intelligence, contracts digitization, and iSmart—an RPA and NLP-based zero-touch policy amendment solution.  

Rahul’s previous roles include leadership positions at TRUGlobal, Allianz Technology, Teradata, Zensar Technologies, Tech Mahindra etc, where he oversaw regulatory service delivery and business applications, managing large teams and global programs in analytics, robotics, and financial transformation.  

Educated at NIT and IIM, Rahul has lived and worked in eight countries across four continents and holds five professional certifications. He is passionate about reading, running, hiking, and cycling, and remains deeply curious about people, culture, architecture, code, numbers, and patterns. He is also passionate about community programs and is a CSR sponsor at AXA GBS.
