Hardeep Sachdeva is a Senior Partner at AZB & Partners with over 31 years of experience advising Indian and multinational clients. He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate M&A, private equity, insolvency and complex commercial transactions, with extensive sectoral experience spanning manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, real estate, retail, hospitality, pharmaceuticals and e-commerce.

He has led several landmark transactions and advised clients across the investment, monetization and exit lifecycle. Hardeep also advises Central and State Governments on foreign investment regulations and policy matters and has represented leading institutions in significant insolvency, shareholder disputes, arbitration, real estate and recovery matters.

A graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce and Delhi University’s Campus Law Centre, he was admitted to the Indian Bar in 1995 and has been a key member of AZB & Partners since its formation in 2004.
