Dilkhush Grover is the Head of Multinational Coverage at BNP Paribas India, responsible for developing the bank’s growth strategy for multinational clients and working closely with the Head of Territory and CEO. She also leads new business initiatives and process improvements and is a senior member of the BNP Paribas India Management Committee (MANCO).

She has 20+ years of experience in banking, with expertise in Relationship Management, Treasury and Credit. She joined BNP Paribas in 2006 and has built strong relationships with large Indian conglomerates and multinational corporations. Prior to BNP Paribas, she spent 9 years at MUFG (Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ), primarily in Corporate Coverage.

She holds a Management Studies degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, a Diploma in Foreign Exchange and Risk Management from MDI, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
