In the webinar, our speakers, Mr. Vinay Manchanda, Director, Valuation Advisory Services, Duff & Phelps, A Kroll Business and Mr. Aviral Jain, Managing Director, Valuation Advisory Services, Duff & Phelps, A Kroll Business discussed various topics with the participants.
Ranging from Evolution of FEMA valuation requirements in India, internationally accepted pricing, Methodology, Enterprise Valuation and its key drivers, Value split amongst shares with differential rights. Furthermore, the discussion revolved around the Foreign Exchange Management Act and its functioning in Indian MNCs and outdoors.
They threw light on Applicable income tax regulations and other considerations in M&A transactions. Their Case study - Confluence with other regulations in India and ESOPs gave a realistic overview of the topic.
Mr. Manchanda and Mr. Jain through their presentation highlighted various methods to get into the right mindset and accurate analysis of the market for overseas trade and investment.
