The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) in association with K&S Partners organised a Roundtable Session on ‘Trademark & Brand Protection Scenario in India’ on 1st October 2019 at Medef International – Paris.
The session commenced with a brief welcome address by IFCCI & Medef International, followed by a presentation on Geographical Indications (G.I.) Scenario in India by Mr. Renaud Gaillard, Counsellor, IP, Embassy of France, India.
This was followed by a presentation on Trademark Scenario in India by Ms. Priya Rao, Partner, K&S Partners.
The attendees of this session comprised of Legal & International Affairs Heads from organisations such as Elior Group, Lead Links, Moët Hennessy, INPI, CCI Paris, among others.
The session ended with an interactive Q&A session.
