IFCCI organized a webinar on "Thriving in the New Normal" on Monday, April 27, 2020, in association with Thrive Global. The speaker and presenter of the session was Dr Marcus Ranney, General Manager, India Thrive Global.
Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI opened the session with a welcome note and introduced Dr. Marcus Ranney, General Manager India, Thrive Global. Dr Ranney shared very relevant insights relating to stress management, work life balance and self-care to improve productivity and performance while working from home during Covid-19. He also focused on fitness and healthy eating which will keep one energetic, motivated and mentally & emotionally healthy. The session was very refreshing and also helped us to understand the current concerns of participants through a survey which was run during the session.
