IFCCI organized a webinar under the aegis of the IFCCI Higher Education Committee (HE) on "Learnings from the New Normal: In conversation with Alumni" on May 21, 2021.

Dr. Rickie A. Moore, Professor in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation, emlyon business school addressed the participants on “Resiliency and Innovation: Leveraging opportunities from disruption!” and shared his insights on:

The Four Industrial Revolutions,
How mostly the change/disruption has been the emergence of new business models,
How to turn challenges into opportunities
Capacity training- where we need to teach everyone resiliency, innovation and opportunity mindset.

With the help of online survey, he explained how individuals and Industries have been impacted by Covid-19.

The Panel discussion was moderated by Ashley Fernandes, Country Head – India, emlyon business school & Chairman, IFCCI Higher Education Committee and Dr. Christophe Benaroya, Professor of Marketing at TBS, Head of Aerospace & Mobility, Vice Chairman, IFCCI Higher Education Committee wherein they discussed the challenges faced by the Alumni and how they turned them into opportunities. It was an engaging session in which the Alumni shared their learnings & success stories of the past year and their experiences after pursuing Higher Education in France.

The event was attended by 75 participants and ended with an interactive Q & A session.
