New Delhi : Workshop on Real Estate with PSA

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) in association with Real Estate expert Mr. Varun Kalsi, Partner, PSA conducted a workshop on Real-Estate themed 'Unveiling the dynamics of a property development agreement' on Friday, 23rd August 2019 at IFCCI Boardroom, New Delhi.
The workshop highlighted key facts around the conventionally lopsided owner-developer contracts to the Competition Commission of India’s DLF verdict and introduction of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 covering the impact on land owner-developer collaboration arrangements.
