IFCCI- Workshop on Design Thinking for Business Innovation

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) under the aegis of the IFCCI Technology Committee organized an interactive workshop on “Design Thinking for Business Innovation” on Wednesday, 27th April 2022 at the Consulate General of France, Bangalore.

This session commenced with special remarks by Mr. Thierry Berthelot, The Consul Général of France in Bangalore where he welcomed the audience and spoke about the growing strength of Indo-French business relations.

This succeeded with an interactive, immersive and engaging workshop hosted by Mr. Saveen Hegde Founder & Director of Unbox Experience. Mr. Saveen Hegde is a certified design thinking practitioner from Harvard University. He has also concluded a project on Design Thinking from Stanford Graduate School of Business and went on to study Neuroscience at the Sloan School of Management – MIT. He is also a 3 time TEDx speaker.

The workshop threw light on the five phases of the design thinking process: Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test keeping the end user of a product and/or service at the core of the entire process. This was explained using several interactive activities with the participants.

The workshop ended with extremely positive feedback.
