IFCCI in collaboration with Decathlon organized a Health & Wellness Session with a special session on Chair Yoga for working professionals on 23rd July 2021. The session opened with welcome remarks by Ms. Rishika Roy- Head Committees & Events (North), IFCCI .
The session was conducted by an expert Ms. Kavya Vishwakarma and it aimed to instill and promote wellness amongst the participants.
The one-hour session consisted of chair yoga postures, stretching exercises, breathing exercises, posture correction.
The session closed with an Interactive Q&A and vote of thanks.
