Country Leader, KIABI
1. In today’s evolving global landscape, what does being a 'future-ready organisation' mean to you, beyond technology and digital transformation?
To us, a future-ready organisation is one that is as resilient and people-centric as it is technologically advanced. While digital transformation is an important enabler, long-term success depends on fostering an agile culture, empowering people through continuous learning, embracing diversity and inclusion, prioritising sustainability, and building strong partnerships. A future-ready organisation is one that can adapt to change, innovate responsibly, and create lasting value for its employees, customers, partners, and society.
2. At a time when geopolitical alliances are being reshaped, what, in your view, makes the India-France partnership particularly resilient and future-oriented?
The India–France partnership stands out for its foundation of mutual trust, shared democratic values, and a long-term strategic vision. Beyond strong defence and economic ties, the relationship is increasingly driven by collaboration in sustainability, innovation, clean energy, education, technology, and people-to-people exchanges. As both nations work towards inclusive growth and responsible global leadership, this enduring partnership is well-positioned to address future challenges while creating new opportunities for businesses and society alike.
3. The India-France Year of Innovation 2026 presents a significant opportunity to deepen technological and entrepreneurial collaboration. How do you see your organisation contributing to this shared innovation agenda?
As part of a French multinational, we see innovation as a catalyst for creating sustainable business value and enhancing customer and employee experiences. We aim to contribute by fostering cross-border collaboration, embracing digital and AI-enabled solutions, investing in people development, and sharing best practices across our global network. We believe the India–France Year of Innovation 2026 provides an excellent platform to strengthen partnerships, encourage knowledge exchange, and drive responsible innovation that benefits both businesses and society.
4. How important you think are institutions like IFCCI in strengthening trust, dialogue and long-term economic partnerships?
Institutions like IFCCI play a vital role in strengthening trust, fostering meaningful dialogue, and creating long-term partnerships between India and France. By bringing together businesses, policymakers, and industry leaders, they facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation while helping address common challenges. Such platforms are instrumental in deepening bilateral economic ties and creating sustainable opportunities for growth and investment.
