IFCCI (under the aegis of its HR Committee) invites you for an interactive webinar in collaboration with Trilegal on the topic : ‘Implications Of Long Work Hours And Workplace Stress On Employers – What The Law Says’ on Friday, 5th April 2024, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Mr. Atul Gupta, Partner - Labour and Employment, Trilegal will share his expert remarks on the theme and will focus on the implications employers might face due to this issue.

Indian law has long prescribed a regular workday of 8-9 hours and imposed limits on overtime hours. But the modern workplace rarely offers employees the luxury of a simple 9-5 job anymore. Long working hours, pressures to meet targets and deliverables, lack of proper work life balance, workplace politics, etc. can all take a toll on individual health – both physical and mental.

While this is an evolving topic, this 45-minute webinar will help discuss how Indian law currently looks at this issue and what safeguards employers must be thinking about.

Kindly RSVP to apoorva.sharma(@)ifcci.org.in to confirm your participation.

This event is only open to members of IFCCI HR Committee.
