Overview

The global Consumer Goods and Services Industry have performed relatively well for a long time with the emergence of some of the world’s top brands. Hence, it is imperative to look at how COVID-19 has redefined the industry, consumer behavior & preferences and how businesses are adapting to these changing trends & challenges by reinventing themselves and their digital capabilities in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak. 

Objective

The objective of the Session is to discuss the changing trends across the spectrum of the Consumer goods and services segment post COVID-19 alongwith the challenges faced as well as emerging opportunities for the Industry.
